Why invest in anything without being confident of a return on that investment?
To ensure that clients see results from Joe's keynotes and seminars, he collaborates with clients to measure results. Depending on client objectives, this process can include either or all of the following:
A pre-program/seminar survey |
Inclusion of survey content within Joe's delivered programs |
Post-program E-mail surveys within 3-6 months |
Consultation with managers/execs on how to incorporate seminar objectives into future staff meetings |
When awareness is higher, when skills are imparted and new behaviors are applied, a positive organizational and/or individual change is likely.
Joe helps clients hold all parties, including himself, accountable for bringing results to a higher level through this measurement process.
